Tiger Private is looking for a highly experienced Yacht & Plane Manager to manage a large, busy charter yacht and an UHNW's Private jet.

This is a hybrid role, and you will work between the Principals London based Family Office and your own home. You should also be available to travel to the location of the Yacht and Plane as and when required.

It is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate to work in a structured role, supporting Principals with the management of their assets to the highest standard.

For this role, it is imperative that the chosen candidate has an extensive knowledge of both yachting and aviation industry and a strong book of contacts for each.

The Manager will need to oversee and evaluate all repairs with the captains’ support and manage crew. They will also need to Liaise with class and flag surveyors and assist with registration requirements and compliance.

The duties of the manager include, but are not limited to:

• Provide input on budgets and financial planning and supervision of the financial management of the vessel and approving money transfer from Owners office to Captains for on board expenditures
• Check all monthly accounts & credit card statements
• Selection, evaluation and engagement of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors with Captain’s support
• Negotiation of independent contractors agreements
• Coordination of Yacht maintenance and repair interventions
• Dealing with Register’s surveyors and assist with other registration requirements and compliance along with shipping, port agents and local contacts
• Management of charter activities with the assistance of the charter agent

Proven longevity in a similar position will be required, along with excellent checkable references.

Work will generally run Monday-Friday, standard office hours, with the need for travel and flexibility when required.
